Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekend). Shipment is done after that time frame. We ship using two carriers USPS and UPS.

USPS Priority Mail timeframe is roughy 1-3 days.

UPS Ground timeframe is roughly 1-5 days.

Returns:

Uplift Clothing Apparel offer an exchange policy or a return of your item(s) by mail option within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Exchanges and Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days when item(s) are returned. For exchanges, your item will be mailed shortly there after.  

Please be aware that this policy doesn’t apply to Uplift Summer Swimwear, SWIMSUITS ARE FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.

Please print and fill out return slip (under the UCA Return Form tab or email us for the form upliftentertainmentllc@gmail.com). Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.  All item must be returned in original condition with tag attached.  All items much be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We do not accept COD delivers; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via a shipping service that has a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
